Zhe (Gigi) Fang is a 2nd year Ph.D. candidate in Population Health Sciences (major: Epidemiology, minor: Biostatistics, Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention) at Harvard University. Prior to that, she earned a medical degree with a dual degree in Economics at Peking University in China and completed one-year clinical rotations. Gigi has been dedicated to elucidating the role of obesity, diet, and metabolic disorders in cancer and cardiometabolic diseases, as well as integrating high-dimensional data to promote precision medicine. She has authored 18 publications including 8 as the first author in peer-reviewed journals such as Lancet Global Health, JAMA Oncology, Clinical Nutrition, and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
