Haley Gershman is a research assistant working with Dr. Frances Fleming-Milici at the UConn Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health. Her recent work at the Rudd Center has focused on evaluating the effects of front-of-package disclosures on children’s drinks and examining young children’s exposure to food marketing on mobile devices. Haley earned a bachelor's degree in dietetics and master's degree in health promotion sciences from the University of Connecticut. Haley is a registered dietitian nutritionist and earned her RDN credential in 2019.
