Abigail Johnson is an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Nutrition Coordinating Center (NCC) in the Division of Epidemiology & Community Health in the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. Abby has diverse experiences in nutrition research ranging from molecular biology and clinical nutrition to bioinformatics and public health. Her research explores the relationships between diet and the human gut microbiome in health and disease using novel computational methods for dietary data.
