Adriana Berenice Perez Jimenez is a fourth-year PhD Student from the Department of Physiology of Nutrition at The National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition Salvador Zubirán in Mexico City, MX. Her research has focused on the biochemistry and function of adipose tissue, especially in the elucidation of epigenetic mechanisms related to adipose tissue dysfunction in obesity.
She is appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Chemistry, UNAM, and at the Dietetic and Nutrition Faculty, ISSSTE.
