Master's student in Food and Nutrition at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO/PPGAN. Graduated in Nutrition from the Serra dos Órgãos University Center - UNIFESO. He is interested in the area of Public Health and the Environment, with the objective of establishing the relationship between diets, human health and sustainability, demonstrating how food choices can be sustainable, slow down environmental impacts and minimize negative effects on the population's health, through changes in eating and behavioral habits. Currently working on research focused on the development of functional products/foods using native Brazilian fruits and seeds, consciously and sustainably extracted from the forests of the Atlantic Forest and Amazon biomes. Also acting in the Extension and Research Project of FSP-USP "SUSTENTAREA", assisting in the organization of notices, calls for articles and mentoring the materials produced by the work group "Biodiverse Experiences".
