Muhammad Sajid Arshad is currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Food Science, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. He served as visiting research scholar at University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, USA for a period of six months. He is author of about 50 publications including conference papers to his credit. He has presented his papers in different national and international conferences in USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Thailand and Turkey. He received several national and international awards in his field. His area of research is food science and nutrition, antioxidants, metabolism, functional foods.
