Hannah graduated from Tufts University in 2019 with a BA in Community Health and Environmental Sciences. She has spent two years working with the Dao Research Lab at the University of New Hampshire coordinating the lab's various projects including the startup of the lab's FIRST study which seeks to quantify the relationship between access to fiber-rich foods, fiber intake, and components of the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis in NH Hispanic adults in households eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
