Rachel Rickman is a Registered Dietitian and Doctoral Student at the University of Texas at Austin in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. Rickman is studying nutritional epidemiology and her research interests include the intersection of epidemiology and clinical nutrition, specifically during the neonatal and infant stages of life. Rickman holds an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Delaware and a MA in Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
