Brandy is a Ph.D. student in the Nutritional Sciences, Dietetic Intern, and Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire. She graduated in May 2021 from Boston University with a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a BS in Nutritional Sciences, and a minor in Public Health, and recently defended her MS thesis. Her work focuses on fiber intake and the human gut microbiome.
