Catherine (Cat) Rudolph is a registered dietitian and PhD student in Nutritional Sciences, minoring in Public Policy, at Iowa State University. She currently works as a graduate research assistant with the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center, designing and conducting research to evaluate the center's programming efforts, among other projects. Her background includes obtaining a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Diet and Exercise from Iowa State, completing an accredited dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital, and experiences with community nutrition research, farmers' markets, food security initiatives, and oncology nutrition. Her research interests include social determinants of health, health equity, and sustainable food systems.
