Stefani M. Wiloejo is a Registered Dietitian who obtained her training from Northwell Health Dietetic Internship and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University. She completed her undergraduate study with a major in Nutrition and Dietetics/Global Public Health and a minor in Data Science at New York University. Her current work examines the association between household composition and fruit and vegetable intake among populations of low-income and ethnically diverse backgrounds. She is also currently involved in another research that assesses intervention strategies of online grocery shopping to support healthier purchases among SNAP-eligible families with a (child)ren.
