I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil and I completed my Master of Science at USP and worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto.
I have worked as a Nutritionist at USP in Ribeirão Preto since 2012, working in 3 different areas: university restaurant, day care and supervision of internships in the Nutrition and Metabolism Course. At the same time, I am developing my Doctorate at the same institution, working with data from an obesity and dyslipidemia outpatient clinic and I did a part of my PhD at Harvard T. H. Chan School as a Researcher Visitor, focusing on the relationships between food insecurity, psychosocial determinants and obesity in the PROSPECT cohort.
