Dr Kenneth Lo is a Registered Nutritionist in Public Health, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Lo is interested in how various dietary patterns may influence the risk of cardio-metabolic diseases and mental health. His research group is experienced in conducting dietary assessments for Hong Kong population, analysing data from large-scale cohorts and performing meta-analyses. Dr. Lo’s research has been translated into multiple publications in high profile journals, including Diabetes Care, Journal of the American Heart Association and Obesity Reviews. Dr. Lo is also serving as the reviewer for American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and has received the AJCN Top Reviewer Award in 2020 and 2021.
