I am a Food Science Technician, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, and European Master in Food Science, Nutrition, and Metabolism. I have seven years of experience as a university lecturer in the Undergraduate Program of Nutrition and Dietetics at ESPOL University. My main academic subjects are related to human metabolism and nutritional status assessment. I have published five scientific articles related to clinical nutrition. I am a member of the Nutritionists Association of Guayas (ANUG), Ecuador since 2016 and a member of ASN since the present year. In 2013 I was awarded an academic scholarship to carry on fourth-level studies at a prestigious university of international academic standards. In 2018 the Association of the School of Medical Technology from the University of Guayaquil awarded me with recognition for my dedication and effort to teach and instill good values for the instruction of future professionals.
