Dr. Yaqi Li obtained her PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania State University in 2018 and completed her postdoc training at the National Institutes of Health in 2022. She is currently Assistant Professor of the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene in School of Public Health. Dr. Li’s research focuses on maternal and pediatric nutrition, and aging-related cognitive function, using both animal models and cohorts.
