Connect with RIS members who share interests in aging and chronic disease prevention and management. Hear about the “Brain Health Toolkit” from the Gerontological Society of America (GSA). The GSA KAER Toolkit for Brain Health is intended to support interprofessional teams in implementing a comprehensive approach to initiating conversations about brain health, detecting and diagnosing dementia, and providing individuals with community-based supports. The discussion will include a description of the KAER framework and take a virtual tour of the Brain Health Toolkit (bring your tablet, smartphone or laptop to follow along).
