I am a neonatologist. My research seeks to identify and implement best practices in nutrition and feeding for preterm infants, an important emerging field that could reduce adverse long-term outcomes. During the past seven years, I developed expertise in generating clinically relevant hypotheses to optimize dietary interventions in the neonatal period, and I led multiple single-center randomized trials. My enteral feeding trials primarily focus on the early establishment of full enteral nutrition.
