Ronny Lasso is a Nutritionist who graduated from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) in Guayaquil- Ecuador 2020. Recently he has been coursing the Master's program in Applied Biosciences with a mention in Biodiscovery at ESPOL. He is recently working on a VLIR-UOS project in which they are trying to determine the Fermented Beverages in Indigenous communities of America: Process and Food Safety.
