Saad A. Sifat is a progressive food research scientist with a strong focus on food processing and nutrition. He holds a B.S. in Food Engineering and currently an M.S. student in Food Science at the University of Arkansas, where he is currently working as a Research Assistant. He has showcased his expertise in extracting bioactive compounds and evaluating their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties. His research has led to successful development of high-quality plum fruit powder and has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He has also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as an Assistant Manager at PRAN-RFL Group, where he effectively managed noodles production and implemented lean six sigma methods to reduce production loss. He is an active member of professional associations like the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Saad's dedication to research and his ability to meet tight deadlines make him a valuable asset in a fast-paced work environment.
