I am a nutritional scientist in training with 6 years of experience in both clinical and preclinical research. Primarily trained in nutritional science and biochemistry, I earned my master’s in nutritional science and am now a Ph.D. candidate and research fellow at the Ohio State University. My career objective is to use nutrition to help people improve their dietary patterns, relationship with food, and quality of life. My current research projects focus on evaluating the effect of diet quality and dietary components on cancer-related cognitive impairment in breast cancer patients.
