Dr. Makiko Mitsunami is an obstetrician and gynecologist specializing in reproductive medicine. She is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the nutrition department at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her medical school training at Jichi Medical University in 2008, obtained a degree in Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation at Harvard Medical School in 2021, and earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree at Jichi Medical University in 2023. Her research interests focus on investigating the impact of nutritional or environmental factors on women's and men's reproductive health.
