Over a decade of experience working for NGOs, the United Nations, and the U.S. government in multiple countries (Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Mozambique, Italy, USA). Master of Science in Health and Human Development with a focus on nutrition and sustainable food systems. Skilled in qualitative research, epidemiologic methods, and biostatistics with thematic focus on nutrition, agriculture, and linkages between the two. Significant hands-on experience organizing and implementing rural development projects focused on sustainable food and nutrition solutions to improve community health. Excellent technical writing skills. Former Fulbright researcher and United States Peace Corps Volunteer. Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese, moderate Italian.
