Saydee is a 3rd-year PhD candidate at Oklahoma State University. Saydee's research primarily focuses on community nutrition. She is currently a research assistant with the CDC and Oklahoma Cooperative Extension on the High Obesity Project in which she focuses on Policy, System, and Environmental approaches for obesity prevention in counties with >40% obesity rates in Oklahoma. She also works as a clinical dietitian in a 1,100 bed hospital with specialty in geriatric nutrition.
