I am passionately committed to encouraging community development and empowering vulnerable populations through research, education, and policymaking to promote their overall well-being. My current research interests focus on examining the impact of physical fitness, body composition, and lifestyle changes on young and middle-aged women. However, I have previously conducted community-based research on the relationship between birth intervals and pelvic organ prolapse in Nepal. My goal is to support the promotion of health and well-being in both developing and developed countries, while also recognizing and addressing the unique challenges and factors present in each location. I am in the final year of my Ph.D. and am seeking postdoctoral or research training opportunities. I am hopeful that taking advantage of these opportunities will broaden my knowledge.
