Dr. Emily Diemer is an experienced Registered Dietitian with nearly 10 years of active-duty military service. In her service, Dr. Diemer have
worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings in support of the Defense Health Agency and to develop healthier Soldiers and Families. She recently completed her PD. candidate at Tufts University, Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Nutrition Epidemiology and Data Science where she worked on applying on various techniques for analyzing publicly-reported foodborne surveillance data.
