Research Associate
ARISE Network
With a background in psychology, policy analysis, epidemiology, and population health, I have more
than 17 years of experience in adolescent health research, development and evaluation of complex
interventions, and research on the social determinants of health. I am skilled in both quantitative and
qualitative research methodology and have extensive experience collaborating with state and national
governments, international non-profit organizations, grassroots groups, and a wide range of
stakeholders to design, execute, and report on study plans (including designing study methodology
and tools, writing protocols and published analyses). I have been a Fulbright Fellow and co-led
research projects funded by international funders such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Botnar
Foundation, Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, UNICEF, and United
Nations Population Fund.
