Sachelly Julián-Serrano is a Epidemiology doctoral candidate in the Department of Public Health at the University of Massachussets Lowell. Her research interests include nutritional epidemiology, genetic susceptibility, and health disparities in Hispanics. For her disseration, Sachelly is focusing on the genetics of taste receptors with diet quality and cardiometabolic health in the Boston Puerto Rican Health Study.
