Kelsey Gardiner, M.S.E., PH.D. is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Nursing and Health Studies. Her research has been focused mostly on community and public health nutrition encompassing food systems, healthy eating behaviors, food insecurity and access to healthy foods, and food as a social determinant of health. Her most recent research explores food insecurity and SNAP knowledge and use among college students. She is currently the Early Career representative for the ASN Community and Public Health Nutrition (CPHN) Research Interest Group.
