Dr Hannah Theobald is Head of Nutrition at Quorn Foods, the world’s first producer of mycoprotein. Hannah leads a small team of nutritionists, responsible for product nutrition, mycoprotein and health research and nutrition communications. Her career spans almost 20 years in the food industry as well as the NGO sector, having worked at Waitrose, the British Nutrition Foundation, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), pladis and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) previously. Hannah earned her BSc and PhD in nutrition from King’s College London, is a Registered Nutritionist with the UK Association for Nutrition and holds a Diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. She is also the industry representative on the Nutrition Society Council (UK).
